Product Manager

We build enterprise platforms for clients across Saudi Arabia and Egypt — national training and workforce platforms, financial payment and workflow systems, and our own AI products. The work is a mix of client delivery and in-house product building, which means you will move between shaping scope with an enterprise client one week and defining an MVP roadmap the next.

You will own the product function end to end: discovery, requirements, roadmap, and delivery alongside engineering and UX. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not a coordination seat.

- Own the product lifecycle for assigned platforms, from discovery through launch and iteration

- Translate client business needs and RFP scope into clear, buildable requirements — epics, user stories, acceptance criteria

- Run discovery with client stakeholders and subject matter experts; challenge scope where it does not serve the outcome

- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog; make trade-off calls on scope, timeline, and technical cost with the Engineering Manager

- Partner with UX on user flows, information architecture, and prototype validation before build starts

- Write and maintain product documentation: PRDs, process flows, decision logs

- Support pre-sales with scope definition, effort framing, and proposal input

- Track delivery against roadmap and communicate status clearly to leadership and clients

- 6+ years in product management or product ownership, with at least 2 years on enterprise or B2B software

- Proven track record shipping complex, multi-module platforms — not just feature work

- Strong requirements writing: you can turn an ambiguous client conversation into something engineering can estimate

- Comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders, including in Arabic

- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum in practice, not just in theory

- Enough technical literacy to hold a real conversation about APIs, integrations, and system constraints

- Experience delivering to clients in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC

- Background in fintech, govtech, banking, or workflow/approval systems

- Exposure to AI or ML-enabled products

- Hands-on with AI tools for rapid prototyping — able to stand up a working clickable prototype to validate an idea with stakeholders before engineering commits to it

- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and modern product tooling
